Welcome to this site that has been prepared as part of the SRSS-C2019-076 service contract financed by DG Reform. The consortium of EMG Group Plc. based in Hungary and AcrossLimits Ltd. based in Malta is implementing the project to support the Maltese national authorities in increasing the participation in EU direct programmes (outcome 1) and improve stakeholder knowledge in EU direct funds (outcome 2). The project is being coordinated with the Strategy and Implementation Division within the Parliamentary Secretariat for EU Funds under the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM).
This website gives access to the learning repository as well as gives the opportunity to register to specific online courses and access the course material. The access and participation are open only to Malta-based organisations.

For some of the training sessions, due to the interactive process required by the
training, there could be a capacity limitation in the number of participants attending.
When you fill in the registration form, you agree that EMG Group forwards your data
to OPM. You also agree that
OPM will store and handle your data. By
registering to the online courses, you agree that the course completion may be linked with a compulsory e-learning
module completion before your selected course starts.
When you click on Register - first a window will appear stating nGrosser Login or Register. Please register first with your fisrt/last name and e-mail. This will give you access to the Learning Repository already. After having the e-mail confirmed, you can login and register to the actual course giving your organisation name, address and type.

In order to be successful in bidding for EU Funds, proposal development skills are essential. This section will help the learner to gain knowledge in different steps of proposal development: mapping EU funding opportunities and finding a call for proposals, formulating the project idea and putting together a work plan, identifying partners and composing a consortium or joining an existing one, determining the resources needed, writing the proposal, submitting it and analysing feedback from European Commission evaluators.
